About Linda

I am passionate about real estate and how real estate can change people's lives. Perhaps it's the lawyer in me, but what I enjoy most is helping clients analyze an investment and devise a game plan before they buy or sell. The sales person in me then loves to sell the property, or sell the offer that my buyer proposes.

I have been involved in real estate since 1990, including ten years as an attorney. My experience originally focused on large financings, land development and construction projects, and commercial leases. I have also helped sell businesses ranging from an oil company to a car dealership. Increasingly, I began helping smaller businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals, which has been uniquely rewarding.

On many occasions, clients needed my help in highly stressful or tightly timed situations. My philosophy is that regardless of whether a client is making an initial, smaller investment, or needs extensive help in repositioning a large project for sale, every client is entitled to integrity, value and results.

Everyone wants results. This is the easy part: I get things done. But buying and selling a property is a strategic process. What I bring to the process are Integrity and Value.

Integrity. Having worked as an attorney, I’m keenly aware of what it takes to be a fiduciary: a person in a position of trust.
